After welcoming more than 15,000 guests to its MTD TV online forums in the past two years, Mingtiandi is organising its first-ever event in Singapore on 18 October.
Led by a keynote interview with Warburg Pincus head of Southeast Asia and of Asia Pacific Real Estate Jeffrey Perlman, Mingtiandi’s Singapore Focus Forum devotes a whole day to exploring opportunities and challenges in the Lion City’s real estate market with on-stage appearances by more than 22 executives from some of the world’s largest developers and fund managers.
In addition to the keynote interview with Warburg’s top executive in the region, a series of panels and interviews will explore office, industrial, and value-add opportunities through conversations with representatives of Ivanhoe Cambridge, Oxford Properties, Allianz Real Estate, Blackstone and more.
The event will be held at the ParkRoyal Collection Marina Bay hotel and will be beamed live globally on MTD TV.
