With its well-developed real estate industry and tranparent environment, over the past five years Japan has trailed only China in terms of logistics transaction volumes, according to data from MSCI-RCA. As logistics assets continue to grow in favour with core investors, Asia’s second-largest economy is expected to continue to be a target for investors attracted to the stable cash flows, high liquidity and low-risk returns available in Japan’s warehouse sector.
To get first-hand insights into the nature of demand for Japanese logistics facilities as well as to learn more about prospects for new funds and projects, Mingtiandi is bringing together top executives from GLP, EQT Exeter, APG Asset Management and MSCI to share their knowledge in the second panel session of our Logistics Forum 2022.
