More than 170 attendees have now booked tickets to the Mingtiandi Singapore Focus Forum, an Asia real estate investment conference bringing together representatives of the biggest pension funds, sovereign funds, general partners and developers, which is coming up on 18 October.
The full-day event at the ParkRoyal Collection Hotel in Marina Bay is now set to welcome guests from top limited partners including Korea Investment Corporation, GIC, Temasek Holdings, Oxford Properties and Ivanhoe Cambridge.
Among the private equity fund managers attending will be representatives of firms including Keppel Capital, LaSalle Investment Management, PGIM Real Estate and Brookfield, as the event is now expected to exceed its target attendance of 200 industry professionals.
The convergence of Asiaās real estate investment community for Mingtiandiās inaugural event in the Lion City adds to the opportunities for discussion and dialogue as the program explores Singaporeās real estate markets through a series of panels and interviews.
More Speakers Join the Roster
During recent days the Singapore forum has added new speakers including Trent Winduss, partner and head of Australia investments, as well as head of Asia structured debt for Phoenix Property Investors. Winduss will join the forumās Singapore-Australia Connection panel, which will also include speakers from Ivanhoe Cambridge, SDAX and JLL.
Also signing up for the program this week has been Adrian Chui, chief executive officer of ESR-Logos REIT. Chui will be speaking the Singapore industrial panel, which also includes representatives of Hines, BlackRock and Lazard.
The final panel of the forum, which focuses on opportunities for value-add and opportunistic strategies in Singapore, has also added a speaker, with Jeremy Lake, managing director with the investment sales and capital markets team at Savills in Singapore now set to speak alongside Adrian Lee, head of Singapore investments and asset management at AEW, with additional speakers to expected to be joining the panel roster in the coming days.
Warburg Pincus, Blackstone and More
In all, more than 27 speakers are now set to take the stage at the Mingtiandi forum, which will be carried to hundreds of viewers around the region via the MTD TV online video platform.
The session is headlined by a spotlight interview with Jeffrey Perlman, managing director and head of Southeast Asia, as well as head of Asia Pacific real estate at Warburg Pincus, who will share insights on prospects for Singaporeās real estate markets.
Also on the program is a keynote panel which brings together speakers from Ivanhoe Cambridge, Oxford Properties, Allianz Real Estate and JLL.
The event will be capped at a maximum of 250 attendees, with tickets still available at the link above as of the time of publication.
