Guests from AIA, CapitaLand, CDL and GLP have added their list to the senior industry executives signed up for Mingtiandi’s Singapore Forum on 14 November as the city-state gets ready for the largest Southeast Asia real estate investment conference of 2023.
Approximately 220 real estate investment leaders are expected to walk through the doors for the forum at the Conrad Centennial Hotel next to Singapore’s Suntec City for a full-day agenda of panels and interview session exploring topics developed by Mingtiandi’s team of writers and researchers.
The forum will lead off with a keynote panel featuring Sangwook Kang, a senior director with the real estate group at KIC Singapore, who joins George Agethen, co-head of Asia Pacific at Ivanhoe Cambridge and Alessandro Fiascaris, head of Asia Pacific at Oxford Properties, as well as Jeremy Lake, a managing director who heads investment sales and capital markets at Savills in Singapore, for a look ahead into the trends that will shape the region’s markets in 2024.
Also on the agenda are panels on Singapore commercial markets, Southeast Asia industrial, APAC lodging investment, Singapore as a global capital hub and private credit strategies. For those unable to attend in person, the keynote panel and spotlight interview which start the day’s program will be streamed live starting at 9:00 AM Singapore time, with the subsequent sessions to be recorded for replay on Mingtiandi’s MTD TV video platform.

Southeast Asia Logistics in Spotlight
Immediately following the keynote interview which opens the program will be a spotlight interview exploring Southeast Asia logistics featuring Warburg Pincus managing director Fan Li together with Fion Ng, COO of Vietnam’s BW Industrial and Kevin Kow, group CEO and president director with Indonesia’s NWP Property.
With BW and NWP both invested by Warburg Pincus, the three senior leaders will discuss how they work together to serve e-commerce, third-party logistics and manufacturing tenants in Southeast Asia’s fastest growing markets.
