More than 200 real estate executives have now booked places at Mingtiandi’s Hong Kong Focus Forum on 27 June, with the city’s biggest property investment event of this year now just one week away.
With the event set to start at 9:00 AM next Tuesday at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers in Tsim Sha Tsui, new speakers have signed up to join the discussion, including representatives of Patrizia SE, Forest Logistics Properties and Unified Industrial.
Tickets for the full-day program, which also includes onstage interviews with PAG chairman Weijian Shan and Warburg Pincus managing director Ellen Ng, are still available through the registration link above.
Registrants for the event, which is sponsored by Yardi, now include representatives of CPPIB, APG, AON Group, HSBC, Quadreal, Peak RE, Guotai Junan Securities and Starr International.
Exploring Industrial, Value-Add and More
A total of 30 industry experts will take the stage for the forum, which is Mingtiandi’s first on-location event in the city since 2019.
During recent days, Chelsea Perino of The Executive Centre and Thomas Lam of New World Development have joined the panel on Hong Kong’s commercial hubs, which explores the evolution of the city’s business districts, while Collin Lau of BEI Group has committed to the session on Hong Kong’s Industrial Future, alongside representatives of JLL, GLP Capital Partners and Heitman.
The Japan panel has also welcomed new speakers, with Ross Antoci of Unified Industrial and Thomas Hirschvogel of Patrizia now participating, while Forest Logistics Properties chief executive Hank Hsu has joined the session on mainland China opportunities.
In the final session of the day, Fairland Holdings executive director Douglas Wu will be taking part in the discussion on value-add strategies in Hong Kong, joining speakers from Blackstone, Lofter Group and Weave Living.

With the program concluding at 5:30 PM, attendees will enjoy a cocktail reception following the event, to provide extra opportunities for networking.
The Hong Kong session will be followed in the fourth quarter of this year with Mingtiandi’s return to the Lion City for our Singapore Focus Forum on Tuesday, 21 November.
